Family Sync is an automated calendar management service that:

• Monitors your email for messages from specified addresses
• Extracts event dates from email attachments
• Automatically creates events in your calendar

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Keep your password secure
• Only monitor emails you have permission to access
• Use the service only for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the service

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but:

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties
• We do not guarantee 100% uptime
• Scheduled maintenance may occur
• We are not responsible for missed events if the service is unavailable

6. Limitation of Liability

Family Sync and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Missed events due to service interruption
• Incorrect event dates extracted from attachments
• Duplicate events created in your calendar
• Data loss due to technical failures

You are responsible for verifying important events in your calendar.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms
• Attempt to abuse or compromise the service
• Use the service for illegal purposes

You may terminate your account at any time from the dashboard.

8. Data Retention

Upon account deletion:

• All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
• OAuth tokens will be immediately revoked
• Backup copies may be retained for up to 90 days

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features
• Update these terms at any time
• Change pricing (if applicable)

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
